What is the return policy?

We want you to love your khushbu, which is why we offer a 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, you can return the bottle within 15 days provided it is at least 95% full and in its original condition. Please note that Discovery Kits and Clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

Are these original perfumes or copies?

We create high-quality "Impressions" (Inspired-by scents). We use premium imported oils to recreate the DNA of expensive designer fragrances, housed in our signature Dark Grey bottles, making luxury accessible for everyone in Pakistan.

How long does the scent last?

Longevity is our priority. Our fragrances are 30% and 40% Extrait de Parfum concentrations. On average, you can expect 10+ hours of longevity on skin and even longer on clothes, specifically formulated to survive the Pakistani climate.

Why does my perfume smell different/alcoholic when it first arrives?

High-quality perfumes can "shake up" during transit in Pakistan’s heat. We recommend letting your bottle "rest" in a cool, dark place for 48 hours before the first spray. This process (maceration) allows the notes to settle and reach their full strength.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD across Pakistan. You only pay when the courier brings the product box/parcel to your doorstep.
