1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in most areas of Pakistan through trusted delivery partners, including:
- Leopards Courier
- PostEx
- Trax
- Pakistan Post Office
The shipping service may vary depending on your delivery location and courier availability.
2. Villages & Rural Areas
For villages, rural areas, and locations where Cash on Delivery service is not available, orders are dispatched only after advance payment.
Such orders may be shipped through the Pakistan Post Office.
Important: Pakistan Post Office parcels for villages and rural areas are not available on Cash on Delivery (COD). The required payment must be made in advance before the parcel is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 7 working days, depending on the customer's location and the availability of courier services.
Remote and rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery may also be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping and delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The product price is the responsibility of Bin Imtiaz Store, while applicable delivery charges are payable by the customer.
The applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed at the time of placing the order.
5. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Bin Imtiaz Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you experience a genuine issue with your order or product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
To be eligible:
- The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should be in its original condition and packaging.
- The product should not have been unnecessarily used, damaged, or altered.
- Order details or proof of purchase may be required.
- The return or exchange will be reviewed according to the nature of the issue.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete parcel, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
For verification and faster resolution, we may request photos or a video of the parcel and product.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with our return and exchange policy.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and charges may depend on the reason for the return or exchange.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our part, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution.
For returns or exchanges requested for reasons unrelated to an error or product issue, applicable return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
8. Delivery Delays
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure timely delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote-area restrictions
- Courier operational issues
- Unforeseen circumstances
Bin Imtiaz Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable return procedure will apply.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and other required information when placing an order.
Bin Imtiaz Store will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
