Return & Refund Policy — Bin Imtiaz Store

At Bin Imtiaz Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product has not been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Proof of purchase or order details are provided upon request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Perfumes or fragrances that have been sprayed or partially used.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products without original packaging.

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us immediately after delivery.

  • We may request photos or a video of the product and packaging for verification.
  • After review, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, depending on your preference.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. The return procedure will apply in such cases.
